TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of hygiene articles for the Voivodeship Hospital named after Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński in Łomża, in the assortment, quantities and with the parameters required, specified in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been specified in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. The conditions for performance of the contract have been specified in the contract template constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ. Package 1 - Hygienic washcloth 1.
