TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of promotional items together with their personalisation/marking for the needs of organisational units of the State Forests (Lasy Państwowe) within the territory of the Republic of Poland (RP). For the purpose of performing and placing orders, the Contractor will ensure access to the procurement platform. All costs related to the operation of the procurement platform should be included by the Contractor in the price of the offer. The description of the subject matter for the respective part has been included in Annex No 2 to the SWZ — the assortment-and-price form. The description of the subject matter with regard to the procurement platform includes Annex No 3 to the SWZ. The quantities of the assortment are specified in Annex No 2. The quantities given for the subject of the contract constitute estimated, maximum quantities of the subject of the contract that the Contracting Authority may order and they are used for comparison and evaluation of offers.
