Part 1 - Bakery products1. The subject of the contract is the successive (as needs arise) delivery of various foodstuffs together with transport to the registered seat of Preschool No. 1 named after Krasnal Hałabała in Gryfino at ul. Wojska Polskiego 11; 74-101 Gryfino, using a means of transport compliant with the requirements of the Act of 25 August 2006 on food safety and nutrition.2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract for each of the parts is set out in Annexes No. 1 and 2.1-2.6 to the SWZ. Part 1 - Bakery products1.
