TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of food items to the Ordering Party’s canteens located at: the School and Kindergarten Complex in Ogrodzieniec at 67 Kościuszki Street and Ogrodzieniec-Cementownia at 13 Orzeszkowej Street, including: Part No. 4 – Meat and cold meats. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (assortment and quantities) is provided in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ – Assortment-and-Price Form. 3. The subject of the contract must be of grade I. 4. The Ordering Party requires deliveries from Monday to Friday inclusive, between 06:00 and 08:00, to the storage rooms in quantities agreed by telephone on the day before the planned delivery date. The Ordering Party reserves the right to place an additional delivery later during the same day, depending on needs. 5. If it is found that the delivered subject of the contract is not compliant with the order in terms of type, quantity or quality, the Ordering Party shall file a complaint. 6. The shelf life of the subject of the contract may not be shorter than half of the period intended for consumption, counted from the date of delivery.
