3.3. Requirements of the Contracting Authority regarding the subject of the contract: 1) the offered product must have certificates, attestations, and be registered in accordance with the legal provisions requiring possession of certificates, attestations, and registration, 2) the offered product must comply with the standards or technical specifications applicable to this product; 3.4. In cases where the description of the subject of the contract specifies trademarks, patents, or origin, source, or a special process characterizing particular products or services supplied by a specific contractor, this means that the Contracting Authority cannot describe the subject of the contract in a sufficiently precise and understandable way, however, in every such case the Contracting Authority allows equivalent solutions to those described above. In such cases, any indication of trademarks, patents, origin, source or a special process characterizing particular products or services supplied by a specific contractor should be read together with the words "or equivalent".
