TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of this contract is the delivery of radiotherapy supplies for the Maria Skłodowska-Curie National Institute of Oncology – State Research Institute, Gliwice Branch. 2. A description of the subject matter of the contract and the conditions for performance are included in the annexes: 1) Assortment-and-price specification – Annex No 2 to the SWZ, 2) Draft contract provisions, which will be incorporated into the content of the contract – Annex No 4 to the SWZ. 3. The period for which the tender is binding is: 90 days. The period for which the tender is binding begins upon the expiry of the deadline for submitting tenders. That day is the first day of the period for which the tender is binding. This means that the period for which the tender is binding expires on 28.12.2026. 4. Deadline for performance of the subject matter of the contract: within 60 calendar days, calculated from the date of entering into the contract. 5.
