TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of benches and rubbish bins for Lubomirskich Park in Białystok 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of 65 benches and 30 rubbish bins. The benches and rubbish bins will ultimately be installed in the area of Lubomirskich Park as a replacement for the existing old elements of small architecture.2. The Contractor is obliged to deliver to the address Kamienna 17, 15-021 Białystok and present to the Ordering Party for approval, within 14 days from the date of signing the contract, 1 specimen each of a rubbish bin and a bench.3. The Contractor undertakes to deliver to the address Szosa Knyszyńska 51, 15-694 Fasty, 65 benches and 30 rubbish bins within a period of up to 60 days from the date of signing the contract.4. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
