TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of a factory-new GC-MS/MS gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer system, including bringing it in, assembling, installing and commissioning the entire set at the Contracting Authority’s premises and training the Contracting Authority’s personnel in the operation of the equipment. The subject of the contract must be complete; after installation it must be ready for use and must have all certificates, permits, approvals, declarations of conformity, etc. required by applicable law, and must meet all requirements regarding safe operation. The equipment to be procured must be tailored to the Contracting Authority’s needs and must include the provision of servicing services during the warranty and statutory liability (warranty and rękojmia) period. The offered devices must be factory-new, free from defects and currently produced on the market; they must be complete, ready to work without the need for any additional purchases; they must have either the CE Certificate of the equipment manufacturer or a declaration of conformity for the above-mentioned equipment.
