Supply of an agricultural tractor together with attachments The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a brand-new agricultural tractor free from defects and damage, together with attachments, manufactured no earlier than in 2026, with four-wheel drive (4x4), with an engine power in the range 70–80 HP, compliant with the detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the schedule of minimum technical, functional and operational requirements and equipment.As part of the contract performance, the Contractor is required in particular to:1. deliver the agricultural tractor together with the required attachments to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority;2. bear all costs related to the transport and insurance of the subject of the contract until it is accepted by the Contracting Authority;3. carry out, before acceptance, an operational test confirming the proper functioning of the tractor and the delivered attachments;4. conduct training of the persons indicated by the Contracting Authority in the proper and safe operation of the tractor and the attachments;5. provide to the Contracting Authority a complete set of documents required by law…
