TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of a tractor together with a transport trailer 1) The subject of the contract includes delivery of a factory-new tractor together with a transport trailer. 2) A detailed description of the parameters and the scope of the subject of the contract is specified by: • Technical and functional requirements form – Annex No. 4 to the SWZ, • Draft contractual provisions – Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 3) The Contractor undertakes to deliver to the Contracting Authority the subject of the contract together with the necessary equipment, meeting the requirements set out in the Specification of Contract Terms (Specyfikacja Warunków Zamówienia – SWZ) and in the annexes thereto (in particular in the form of technical and functional requirements for the vehicles and the designed contractual provisions). 4) The tractor with the transport trailer offered by the Contractor must be technically fit and ready for operation. 5) The Contracting Authority requires that the offered tractor together with the transport trailer be produced no earlier than in 2026 for use on the European markets. 6) The offered subject of the contract must meet requirements in accordance with the Act of 20 June 1997 Road…
