Supply of a tractor with attachments The subject matter of the contract includes the delivery of 1 unit of an agricultural tractor together with attachments meeting the minimum requirements and parameters specified by the Contracting Authority under the OPZ – divided into the basic scope of the contract and the optional scope of the contract.1) Basic scope of the contract: The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of 1 unit of an agricultural tractor together with attachments in the form of a front loader and a flail mower meeting the minimum requirements and parameters specified by the Contracting Authority under the OPZ. This constitutes the basic scope of the contract.2) Optional scope of the contract: In addition to the scope referred to in sub-point 1, the Contracting Authority simultaneously provides, within the reserved right of option, for the delivery of additional attachments for the tractor supplied under the basic scope of the contract in the form of a sweeper and a single-axle trailer meeting the minimum requirements and parameters specified by the Contracting Authority under the OPZ.
