TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a laboratory incubator, hereinafter referred to as the “equipment”, for the Faculty of Biology of the University of Gdańsk. 2. The contract includes delivery and installation of the equipment at the location indicated by the Contracting Authority. 3. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) Classification Code: 33152000-0 (incubators). 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in the description of the subject of the contract – Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 5. Place of delivery of the equipment: University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Biology, Department of Evolutionary Genetics and Biosystematics, ul. Wita Stwosza 59, 80-308 Gdańsk, room B108. 6. The Contracting Authority requires a warranty for the equipment for a period of 24 months. Details concerning the warranty are included in § 7 of the draft contract – Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 7.
