TENDER DESCRIPTION

The material scope of the subject matter of the contract includes in particular: 1) delivery of the subject matter of the contract, in accordance with Annex No 1.1 to the SWZ, 2) transfer of equipment free from defects, factory-new, unused, technically efficient, complete and ready for use without any additional purchases and investments on the part of the Contracting Authority, including equipped with all operating fluids and fuel; 3) conducting free training for five persons by the Contractor in the scope of basic operation and use of the subject matter of the contract (applies to Part No 1); 4) marking the vehicles in accordance with Annex No 1.1 to the SWZ. The Contractor is obliged to deliver, together with the vehicles, the necessary documents specified in Annex No 1.1 to the SWZ – Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and in Annex No 2.1 to the SWZ – the draft contract.
