TENDER DESCRIPTION

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes in particular: 1) delivery of the subject of the contract, compliant with Annex no. 1.1 to the Terms of Reference (ToR), 2) handing over equipment free of defects, brand new, unused, technically operational, complete and ready to work without any additional purchases and investments on the part of the Contracting Authority, including equipped with all operating fluids and fuel; 3) providing free training for five persons by the Contractor in the scope of basic operation and exploitation of the contract subject (applies to part no. 1); 4) marking the vehicles in accordance with Annex no. 1.1 to the ToR. The Contractor is obliged to deliver, together with the vehicles, the necessary documents specified in Annex no. 1.1 to the ToR – Detailed description of the subject of the contract and in Annex no. 2.1 to the ToR – draft contract.
