TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of the subject of the contract includes in particular: 1) delivery of the subject of the contract, compliant with Annex no. 1.1 to the Terms of Reference (ToR), 2) handing over equipment free of defects, factory new, unused, technically operational, complete and ready to work without any additional purchases and investments on the part of the Contracting Authority, including equipped with all operating fluids and fuel; 3) conducting free training for five persons by the Contractor on the basic operation and exploitation of the subject of the contract (applies to part no. 1); 4) marking the vehicles in accordance with Annex no. 1.1 to the ToR. The Contractor is obliged to provide along with the vehicles the necessary documents specified in Annex no. 1.1 to the ToR – Detailed description of the subject of the contract and in Annex No. 2.1 to the ToR – draft contract.
