TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes in particular: 1) delivery of the subject matter of the contract, in accordance with Appendix No. 1.1 to the SWZ, 2) handing over equipment free from defects, brand new, unused, technically efficient, complete and ready for use without any additional purchases and investments on the part of the Contracting Authority, including being equipped with all operating fluids and fuel; 3) conducting free training for five persons by the Contractor in the scope of basic operation and operation of the subject matter of the agreement (applies to part No. 1); 4) marking the vehicles in accordance with Appendix No. 1.1 to the SWZ. The Contractor is required to deliver together with the vehicles the necessary documents specified in Appendix No. 1.1 to the SWZ – Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and in Appendix No. 2.1 to the SWZ – the draft agreement.
