TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is: DELIVERY - CHOCOLATES, CONFECTIONERY PRODUCTS AND DESSERTS according to the assortment-quantity schedule contained in the tender form in accordance with Appendix No 1 to the SWZ. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and requirements for it are set out in the Draft contractual provisions (together with annexes) constituting Appendix No 2 to the SWZ. The Contractor is obliged to carry out the contract according to the rules and conditions described in Appendix No 2 to the SWZ – Draft contractual provisions together with annexes.
