TENDER DESCRIPTION
This tender seeks the delivery of a new, fully functional computer and monitor, complete with all necessary software support, including access to the latest drivers and updates, and a standard, perpetual, non-exclusive, and unlimited manufacturer's software license. The equipment must ensure full integration with Active Directory (Windows 2016 Server and later), allow management via Group Policy Objects, and offer native compatibility with Windows Office suites from 2010 onwards, alongside supporting common peripheral devices. Monitors must meet stringent technical specifications, including a minimum 3840x2160 resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate, anti-glare coating, 16:9 aspect ratio, and at least 300 cd/m2 brightness, while also incorporating eye protection technology and a range of connectivity options.
