TENDER DESCRIPTION

“Supply of parts for pneumatic tools” 1. The subject of the contract is the sale together with the delivery of spare parts for pneumatic tools. 2. A detailed description of items with quantities of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No. 1 to the specification. Delivery conditions 1. The Contractor undertakes to sell and deliver spare parts for pneumatic tools in a single delivery within a period of up to 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. 2. The Contractor shall perform the delivery under a single order, splitting it simultaneously into two separate batches intended for two departments, and shall also provide separate packaging, protection and clear labelling of each of them in such a way as to prevent them from being mixed up. 3. The Contractor shall notify the Contracting Authority about the preparation of the ordered delivery by telephone or email no later than 1 working day before the planned delivery date. 4. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject matter of the contract at its own cost and by its own means. 5.
