TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The technical requirements for the subject of the contract have been specified in Annex No 5 to the SWZ. 2. On the basis of Annexes to the SWZ No 3 (Price Form) and No 5 (Description of the subject – technical requirements for the subject of the contract) – contract annexes will be prepared. 3. The terms for the performance of the subject of the contract have been specified in Annex No 6 to the SWZ constituting the Draft Contractual Provisions. 4. The Contracting Authority allows for the submission of partial tenders for the individual comprehensive groups. 5. The Contracting Authority allows for the offering of equivalent products in accordance with the requirements set out in section III items 8–11 of the SWZ. 1.
