TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The technical requirements for the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 5 to the ToR. 2. Based on Annexes No. 3 (Price Form) and No. 5 (Description of the subject - technical requirements of the subject of the contract) to the ToR, annexes to the contract will be prepared. 3. The conditions for implementing the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 6 to the ToR constituting the Draft Contract Provisions. 4. The Contracting Authority allows the possibility of submitting partial offers for individual comprehensive groups. 5.
