TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the Contract is the supply of mechanical and pneumatic parts for carrying out Level 4 maintenance activities, repair P4.1, for Skoda Varsovia metro vehicles in the years 2027-2029, divided into 13 tasks. 2. The scope of the subject matter of the Contract includes the supply of mechanical and pneumatic parts under the individual tasks indicated in the “List of parts to be ordered”, constituting Appendix No 1 to the Technical Specification, which is Appendix No 1 to the SWZ and an integral part thereof (hereinafter: “ST”). 3. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contract be performed through partial deliveries (3 lots/parts) according to the delivery schedule and in quantities indicated in Appendix No 1 to the ST. Within one lot/part, a maximum of two partial deliveries is allowed. 4. The supplied subject matter of the Contract must be factory-new and unused (by factory-new and unused is meant spare parts originally packed by the manufacturer, with no traces of use). 5.
