TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the Contract is the supply of mechanical and pneumatic parts for carrying out maintenance activities of the fourth repair level P4.1 of Skoda Varsovia metro vehicles in the years 2027-2029, divided into 13 tasks. 2. The scope of the Contract includes the supply of mechanical and pneumatic parts within the individual tasks indicated in the "List of ordered parts" constituting Annex No. 1 to the Technical Specification, which is Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference and is its integral part (hereinafter: "TS"). 3. The Contracting Authority requires the execution of the Contract in partial deliveries (3 batches) according to the delivery schedule and in quantities indicated in Annex No. 1 to the TS. Within one batch, a maximum of two partial deliveries are allowed. 4. The delivered subject of the Contract must be brand new, unused (brand new, unused means spare parts originally packed, not having traces of use). 5. The Contractor shall grant a 24-month warranty for the delivered parts under the conditions indicated in the contract template.
