TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of spare parts for rail buses SA108-002, SA108-003, the type, description and delivery conditions of which have been specified in Appendix No 2.1 and in Appendix No 4 (Contract template) to the SWZ. 2. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the supply to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority in the Order, located in one of the locations indicated in point 5.1.2 of the notice. 1.
