TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of spare parts for HONKER brand vehicles. 2. A detailed Description of the subject of the contract along with the quantity and assortment specification is included in Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference – Description of the subject of the contract/Pricing form. 3. The subject of the contract must meet the requirements described in Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference - Description of the subject of the contract/Pricing form. 4. The conditions of contract execution are specified in Annex No. 3 to the Terms of Reference – Draft contract provisions. 5. The Contracting Authority foresees the possibility of using the option right within the range not exceeding the assortment and quantities contained in Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference – Description of the subject of the contract/Pricing form. 6. The Contracting Authority requires the provision of a performance bond before signing the contract. 7. The Contracting Authority does not require a bid bond in this procedure. 8.
