TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of spare parts and other materials (excluding fuels, operating fluids, lubricants and tyres) related to the operation of urban public transport buses, as well as the operation of a warehouse with these accessories on the premises of the MZK Sp. z o. o. depot located in Zielona Góra for a period of 24 months. The subject of the contract has been described in detail in Annex No 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ), in Annex No 2 to the SWZ – Draft contractual provisions (PPU), in Annex No 3 to the SWZ – Tender form, and in Annex No 3a to the SWZ – Pricing form. The documents indicated in the preceding sentence shall be treated as mutually supplementing and clarifying in the sense that, in the event any ambiguities or multiple interpretations are found in their content, none of the Parties may rely on this circumstance in order to limit its obligations or the scope of the due diligence required.
