TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of an AED defibrillator. 2. The detailed description of the delivery that is the subject of this procedure is contained in the “Assortment-and-price sheet” constituting Appendix No 2 to the SWZ. This description should be read together with changes to the content of the SWZ, e.g. as a result of answers provided to questions from contractors. 3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract in accordance with the rules and conditions described in the draft contract constituting Appendix No 9 to the SWZ. 4.
