TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the performance of the task entitled: “Supply of equipment as part of the agreement DOI/FM/SIS/9/305/388/2023 for the granting of a purpose-specific grant for financing/co-financing the implementation of the investment programme entitled: “Reconstruction and outfitting of the University Children’s Pediatrics Centre named after M. Konopnicka and the Supra-regional Centre for Paediatric Oncology” at the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Łódź, 251 Pomorska Street” — The task has been divided into 2 Lots in accordance with the assortment and quantities specified in the Assortment and Price Form constituting Appendix No 2 to the SWZ. The subject of the contract has been described in detail in Appendix No 2 — the Assortment and Price Form, which constitute attachments to the SWZ.
