TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract includes the delivery of a compact, intelligent, premium type unmanned aerial vehicle (1 piece). 2. Information about electronic communication means through which the contracting authority will communicate with contractors and information about the technical and organizational requirements for the preparation, sending, and receiving of electronic correspondence: a) Communication in the procurement procedure, including the submission of offers, exchange of information, and transmission of documents or statements between the contracting authority and the contractor, takes place using electronic communication means via the Silesian University of Technology Purchasing Platform, hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or the "System": https://polsl.ezamawiajacy.pl/app/login or by email within the @polsl.pl domain, with the proviso that the submission of offers takes place exclusively through the Platform. b) Use of the Purchasing Platform by the contractor is free of charge.
