TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of 2 brand-new, factory-made type “C” road ambulances with 4 x 4 drive for Cieszyński Emergency Medical Service. 2. The ambulances must meet the requirements of the current PN EN 1789 standard or an equivalent standard in respect of a type C ambulance. 3. The Contracting Authority requires the delivery of vehicles that are brand-new, not used, from the year of production 2026. 4. Detailed requirements concerning the subject of the contract, technical description and parameters are provided in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ – the Form of Required Parameters. 5. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial tenders. The Contracting Authority has decided not to divide the contract into parts because the subject of the contract covers the delivery of two brand-new ambulances, which constitute a comprehensive product consisting of a base vehicle, a fitted-out medical compartment and complete medical equipment, meeting the requirements of applicable legal regulations and standards relevant to road ambulances.
