1. The subject of the contract is the "Delivery of two electric buses." 2. This contract is co-financed with the participation of funds from the European Regional Development Fund under the European Funds for Lower Silesia 2021-2027 program, Priority European Funds for Urban Mobility of Lower Silesia, project title "Construction of infrastructure for clean urban transport." 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex No. 1 to the ToR – Detailed description of the subject of the contract. 4. The contracting authority indicates that the subject of the contract will be handed over for use to an operator selected in a separate procedure. Consequently, the Contractor cannot exclude from warranty and liability for defects responsibility for detected defects, faults, or failures occurring during the use of the contract subject by that operator. 5.
