The subject of the contract is the delivery of two brand-new and unregistered passenger cars of the same brand manufactured using hybrid technology without the possibility of charging from an external energy source: car no. 1 - a 5-seat B-segment hatchback type and car no. 2 - a 5-seat C-segment station wagon (kombi) type.2. The detailed scope of delivery is set out in the Draft provisions of the contract (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ) and in the Description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ (Appendix No. 1 to the contract), for each vehicle.
