TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the delivery of two brand-new light commercial passenger vehicles with a crew-compartment body, adapted for roadworks, with a permissible gross vehicle mass (DMC) of up to 3.5 t. Details are included in the SWZ. 1. Bidders may apply for the award of the contract who meet the condition for participation in the procedure regarding technical or professional capacity. The Bidder shall demonstrate that within the last 3 years prior to the deadline for submitting tenders in the procedure, and if the period for which the economic operator has been active is shorter, then within that period, it has performed at least 2 deliveries of vehicles with a permissible gross vehicle mass (DMC) of up to 3.5 t, where the value of delivery of one vehicle was at least PLN 200,000 gross. For deliveries where the value was expressed in a contract in a currency other than PLN, the conversion of that currency into PLN must be made using the average NBP exchange rate on the date the delivery was completed (in the case of services settled exclusively in currencies other than PLN). 2.
