TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the delivery of a pick-up vehicle with full load compartment lining in the form of a hardtop. The offered vehicle must be factory-new, unused, not subjected to any repairs, manufactured in 2026, unregistered, and compliant with Polish requirements resulting from the Act of 20 June 1997 on Road Traffic (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2024 item 1251, as amended) and implementing regulations to that Act, as well as requirements regarding exhaust emissions applicable on the day of delivery of the vehicle, at least EURO 6. The Contracting Authority requires that the vehicle is complete, equipped in accordance with the description of the subject matter of the contract, free from any defects (including legal defects), not encumbered with rights of third parties and not being the subject of any pending proceedings or security measures, with parameters and functionalities no worse than those indicated in the detailed description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Appendix No 5 to the SWZ.
