TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the Contract is the performance of the supply of two complete main sets of technological equipment (Turbine Islands) for generating units for the combined generation of electricity and heat for the Łagisza location, together with accompanying services, and the provision of maintenance services under a long-term maintenance contract for the Equipment defined in Annex A to the Service Agreement that are the subject of the Supply Agreement. A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been specified in the Draft Contractual Provisions constituting Annex No 2 to the SWZ – Supply Agreement and Annex No 3 to the SWZ – Service Agreement.
