TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of two thermal shakers together with sets of replaceable heating blocks, hereinafter referred to as “the equipment”, for the Intercollegiate Faculty of Biotechnology of the University of Gdańsk and the Medical University of Gdańsk. 2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) code: 38430000-8 (Detection and analysis apparatus). 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in the description of the subject of the contract — Appendix No 6 to the SWZ. 4. Place of delivery of the equipment: Intercollegiate Faculty of Biotechnology of the University of Gdańsk and the Medical University of Gdańsk, 80-307 Gdańsk, Abrahama 58 Street, room 217. 5. The Contracting Authority requires a warranty for the equipment for a period of 24 months. Details regarding the warranty are included in § 7 of the draft contract — Appendix No 5 to the SWZ. 1.
