TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. “LIGHT SKI TOURING SKIS” includes: 1) light ski touring skis – 23 pcs, 2) ski touring skins/fell (skins) – 23 pcs. 2. The material scope of the subject matter of the contract includes in particular: 1) delivery of factory-new goods, originating from current production and unused before the date of delivery, originating from the manufacturer’s official distribution channels, in particular ensuring the performance of the warranty entitlements of the equipment as specified in Appendix No 1 to the SWZ together with its transport, carrying-in (if applicable) to the places indicated by the Contracting Authority; 2) providing with the order the required instructions for handling in the Polish language (if applicable); 3) providing technical and operational documentation related to the subject matter of the contract; 4) providing with the order warranty documents issued by the manufacturer; 5) the Contractor bears the costs of transport and insurance of the delivered equipment; 6) the Contractor is responsible for the entirety of the order, including its course and timely performance, quality, compliance with the technical and quality conditions and applicable provisions of law in…
