TENDER DESCRIPTION
Delivery of prepaid electronic cards 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of prepaid electronic cards for the employees of the Contracting Authority, secured with an individual PIN code, issued to the bearer, hereinafter referred to as “Cards”, in the quantities and values specified below: 1) 235 pieces of Cards – within the guaranteed scope of the contract, 2) Up to 19 pieces – within the scope covered by the option referred to in Article 441 of the Pzp Act (hereinafter “the Option”). The Contracting Authority reserves the right not to fully or partially perform the contract within the scope covered by the Option. The circumstances for exercising the Option are specified in §1(6) of the Contract.
