TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of furniture production components divided into II parts: • Part I: Supply of furniture boards and fibreboard: The subject of the contract is described in detail in Appendix No. 2a to the SWZ. 2. Place of performance of the subject of the contract: Warehouse of the Regional Infrastructure Authority in Olsztyn, Saperska 1, building 18; from 7:30 to 12:00. 3. The Contractor shall provide a warranty for the delivered products for the period: • Part I: • items 1-3 of the description of the subject of the contract: 12 months, counted from the date of delivery. 4. The required deadline for performing the contract with the attainment of a material effect: minimum 30 – maximum 45 days from the date of signing the contract. 1.
