TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Part No 1 of the contract – supply of elements of teleinformation infrastructure, including servers, network switches, UPS power supplies along with providing guarantees, a server operating system and granting licenses and access licenses, together with the implementation and configuration of a virtualization environment and network switches, on the terms described in SOP No 1 and DCP No 1. 2. Under the Option, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to place an order including the supply of an additional Type 1 server, within the scope and on the terms set out in SOP No 1 and DCP No 1. 3. The Contracting Authority reserves the right not to exercise the Option. In the event the Option is not exercised, the Contractors shall not be entitled to any claims against the Contracting Authority. 1.
