TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of this contract is the supply of heat energy to the facilities of the Office for Sport and Recreation of the Capital City of Warsaw in the Wola District, i.e.: a) Delfin Swimming Pool with its seat at Kasprzaka 1/3, Warsaw; b) Foka Swimming Pool with its seat at Esperanto 5, Warsaw; c) Nowa Fala Swimming Pool with its seat at Garbińskiego 1, Warsaw; d) KoŁo Hall and the Pavilion of the KoŁo Hall with its seat at Obozowa 60, Warsaw; e) Reduta Hall with its seat at Redutowa 37, Warsaw. 2. The contract quantity specified in the Description of the Subject of the Contract constituting Appendix No 1 to the SWZ (hereinafter: the “OPZ”) is an estimated quantity, provided solely for the purposes of enabling the preparation of the tender. The Contracting Authority will procure heat energy as needed. Settlement for the consumed heat energy shall be made on the basis of readings from sealed metering and billing systems at the individual facilities of the Contracting Authority. 3.
