TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) The subject of the contract is the supply of active electrical energy (and purchase of energy generated in installations of RES) within the meaning of the Act of 10 April 1997, the Energy Law, for the City and Municipality of Serock and its Organisational Units listed in Annex No 7 to the SWZ, for the period from 1.01.2027 to 31.12.2027, in the projected total amount of up to 2700,050 MWh, including the guaranteed contract and the contract covered by the option right. 2) The guaranteed contract includes the supply of active electrical energy for the period from 1.01.2027 to 30.06.2027 in the estimated quantity of 1350,025 MWh. The Contracting Authority will implement the guaranteed contract within the minimum scope specified in subparagraph 9. 3) The contract covered by the option right (expanding option) includes the supply of active electrical energy for the period from 1.07.2027 to 31.12.2027 in an amount no greater than 1350,025 MWh (maximum value of the option), for the points of energy offtake indicated in Annex No 8 to the SWZ. 4) The Contracting Authority reserves the right to exercise the option on the basis of Article 441 of the Pzp Act.
