1. The subject matter of the contract is: • Effective conduct of the supplier switching process (by 1 January 2027) The Contracting Authority shall grant the appropriate power of attorney to notify, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, the electricity sale agreement concluded with the distribution system operator (hereinafter also referred to as "DSO") and to perform the activities necessary to carry out the supplier switching process with the DSO. • Continuous sale to the Contracting Authority of electricity during the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027 to the BWiK "WOD-KAN" Sp. z o.o. facilities—points of electricity consumption (hereinafter also referred to as PPE) • Purchase from the Contracting Authority during the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027 of electricity generated by the Contracting Authority and fed into the distribution system operator (DSO) network, together with the provision of the commercial balancing service for the electricity fed into the DSO network, generated from renewable energy sources (OZE) 1.
