TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of electricity for the Municipality of Czernichów in 2027 1.1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of electricity for the Municipality of Czernichów for the operation of buildings, premises and public-use facilities, as well as street lighting in an estimated amount of approx. 537 MWh. A detailed list of electricity offtake points is included in Appendix No 5 to the SWZ. 1.2. The MWh quantities by tariffs specified in Appendix No 1 (tender form) to the SWZ are estimated quantities. The determination of the expected electricity offtake serves to select the most advantageous tender and does not, on the part of the Contracting Authority, constitute any obligation to purchase electricity in the specified quantities. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to change the quantities without the need to change the contract conditions and without preparing an annex to the contract.
