TENDER DESCRIPTION
Part 1: Purchase of electricity for the needs of street lighting (Annex No 1 to the SWZ)Estimated electricity demand for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 amounts to 228.724,00 kWh. The Contractor will be obliged to perform activities resulting from the power of attorney constituting Annex No 1 to the contract template, in particular the Contracting Authority obliges the Contractor to notify the designated Distribution System Operator to implement the electricity sale agreement concluded with the Contractor and to submit other declarations of intent, to represent the Contracting Authority before the appropriate Distribution System Operator in matters related to the conclusion of an agreement for the provision of distribution services.
