TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the electricity supply points of the Contracting Authority under the terms set out in the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2026, item 43, as amended), hereinafter referred to as “the Energy Law Act”, and implementing acts issued on the basis thereof, with defined quality standards. The quality standards for electricity are described in the Energy Law Act, in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 22 March 2023 on the detailed conditions for the functioning of the power system (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2025, item 919, as amended), and in the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 3 September 2026 on the method of shaping and calculating tariffs and the method of settlement in trading in electricity (Journal of Laws 2026, item 1182). 2.
