TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027 for the City of Zamość for the needs of municipal technical infrastructure: road lighting, park lighting and illumination of buildings. 2. The Contracting Authority forecasts the purchase of electricity in the quantity of 3,959,153.00 kWh during the term of the contract for the points of supply and measurement of electricity for street lighting. 3. The terms for performing the contract and the detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, including the list of electricity supply points taking into account their locations, have been set out in the draft contract, constituting Appendix No 10 to the SWZ. 4. The Contracting Authority requires that the supplied electricity meet quality standards specified in the Energy Law Act and in the regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 22 March 2023 on the detailed conditions for the functioning of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 919, as amended).
