TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to facilities belonging to the Contracting Authority with a total estimated volume of 11,800.00 MWh for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (consolidated text Journal of Laws 2024 item 266 as amended) – hereinafter EL, as follows: Zone I – 3,258.00 MWh Zone II – 1,230.00 MWh Zone III – 7,312.00 MWh wherein Zone I includes tariffs settled around the clock, as specified in the pricing form (Annex No. 2 to the ToR). The list of delivery points is attached as Annex No. 6 to the ToR.
