TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the Contracting Authority’s facilities. The sale of electricity must be carried out in accordance with applicable provisions of law, in particular the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (i.e., Journal of Laws 2026 item 43 as amended) and implementing acts issued on the basis thereof. A list of electricity supply points (elsewhere also referred to as “ECPs”) together with a specification of electricity consumption has been set out in the List of ECPs (electricity supply points) constituting Annex No. 8 to this Specification.
