III. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT 1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of electricity for the needs of municipal facilities and street lighting within the territory of the Municipality of Słomniki for 2027–2029. 2. The Contracting Authority requires that, in accordance with Resolution No. LXXV/1102/23 of the Regional Assembly (Sejmik) of the Małopolskie Voivodeship regarding an amendment to Resolution No. XXV/373/20 of the Regional Assembly (Sejmik) of the Małopolskie Voivodeship of 28 September 2020 on the Air Protection Programme for the Małopolskie Voivodeship dated 20 November 2023 (Journal of Laws of the Małopolskie Voivodeship (Dz. Urz. Woj. Małop.) 2023, item 7662), 75% of the electricity supplied to public utility buildings (i.e. approximately: 450000 kWh) came from renewable sources. 3. Forecast consumption in individual years: 1) 2027 – 1858795 kWh; 2) 2028 – 1858795 kWh; 3) 2029 – 1858795 kWh; 4. A detailed list of electricity supply points constitutes Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 5.
